"I need rapid tweaks to the calendar plug-in running on [login to view URL] The goal is to match the attached PDF style guide and ensure a smooth experience on both desktop and mobile.

Scope of work
• Mobile responsiveness
 – Adjust the layout so the calendar automatically fits any screen size.
 – Optimize interactive elements—particularly date pop-ups—for touch gestures so visitors on phones or tablets can use them comfortably.
• Visual clean-up
 – Change every calendar font to Arial.
 – Remove the “Calendar developed and supported by Kieran O’Shea” footer line.
 – Hide the weekday header row.
 – Switch the grid lines from white to black to improve contrast.
• Functionality
 – Fix the date pop-up so it displays reliably; right now hover triggers are inconsistent.

The site is built on WordPress, so please be comfortable editing both plug-in code and any custom CSS/JS overrides without breaking core files. Deliverables are the updated plug-in and any added snippets, fully tested on modern desktop browsers plus iOS and Android.
