"I’m launching a web-based Ludo site that lets players stake real money and withdraw their winnings. I need a full, production-ready solution—front-end, back-end, and admin tools—ready to scale.

Core requirements
• Web game engine for classic Ludo, playable smoothly on desktop and mobile browsers.
• Secure, provably fair dice logic and anti-cheat measures.
• Wallet system with deposit and withdrawal flow. Payments must work with PhonePe, Paytm and standard banking/UPI rails.
• Phone-number OTP as the only login method; store user data securely and comply with local data-privacy rules.
• Matchmaking lobby, room creation, and real-time multiplayer using sockets/WebRTC (or a comparable low-latency tech).
• Admin dashboard to monitor games, manage users, approve payouts, view analytics and handle disputes.
• Responsive UI/UX with a clean, modern look that loads fast on low-bandwidth connections.
• Deployment on a reliable cloud stack (AWS, GCP or similar) with auto-scaling and daily off-site backups.
• End-to-end testing, bug fixing and two weeks of post-launch support.

I’m open to recommended frameworks—Node.js, Laravel, Django, or similar for the server side; React, Vue, or Angular for the UI—as long as the final build is secure, maintainable and documented.
