BitHub Solutions LLC (Texas, USA) is seeking a skilled development team to design and build a trust-first, ESG-aware multi-asset marketplace for the Dubai market — initially covering Property and Cars, with future readiness for Boats and other assets.

The platform must highlight trust, transparency, and sustainability, integrating verification systems, 3D/AR visualization, and eco/accountability badges. It should support English + Arabic, use UAE-compliant data handling, and offer a modern, scalable architecture.

Key Requirements

Phase 1 (MVP): Listings + search, bilingual UI, AED payment gateway, KYC/KYB, eco/accountability badges v1, admin console, analytics, deployment (staging→production).

Phase 2: 360°/3D viewer (GLB/USDZ), AR hooks, guided listing UX, remote video inspection, scheduling, WhatsApp/voice bridge with consent logging.

Phase 3: AI-based pricing and risk flags, duplicate listing/device fingerprint checks, recommendations/notifications, optional escrow milestones, seller dashboards.
