"AI Sales Agent that can make real-time cold calls to Indian manufacturing companies — speaking naturally, handling objections, and booking follow-ups just like a human SDR.

We’re looking for a developer experienced with voice AI pipelines to integrate [login to view URL]’s Sonic-3 (for speech generation) and create a complete cold-calling workflow.

Responsibilities:

Build a real-time voice agent using [login to view URL] (Sonic-3) for streaming TTS.

Integrate ASR (speech-to-text) — Cartesia Ink-Whisper / Whisper / Vosk.

Connect to telephony APIs (Twilio, Exotel, Airtel IQ, or similar).

Implement call logic: greeting, consent, qualification, objection handling, and lead handover to human if required.

Log call data (recordings, transcripts, outcomes) into Google Sheets / AppSheet CRM.

Handle barge-in, interruptions, and live handover features.

Ensure TRAI / DLT compliance for Indian outbound calling (consent, recording announcement, opt-out, etc.).

Ideal Candidate:

Experience with [login to view URL] / Sonic-3 / ElevenLabs / [login to view URL] or similar voice models.

Strong grasp of LLM orchestration (Python, Node.js, LangChain, etc.).

Familiar with Twilio Voice, Exotel, or Airtel IQ APIs.

Has built realtime voice or chatbot agents (call center automation, outbound bots, etc.).

Optional: familiarity with Google Workspace API (Sheets, Gmail, AppSheet).
