"We're ready to leave Shopify and run the store on WooCommerce, but want the transition to feel invisible to our customers. The job is a complete, one-time migration that includes:

• Replicating the existing Shopify design in WordPress/WooCommerce so the new site looks and feels exactly the same.
• Adding potential new features into the website.
• Migrating every product, variant, image, collection, tag, and SEO meta data.
• Transferring the full customer database as well as the entire order history so reports in WooCommerce match what we have now.
• Configuring key settings—shipping, taxes, payment gateways, and email notifications—so the store is fully functional on launch.
• Checking URL structures, setting up 301 redirects where needed, and confirming that Google Analytics, Search Console, and Facebook Pixel keep tracking without interruption.
• Ensuring the website is build from the ground-up to be fully SEO optimised from image thumbnails to individual page key-word optimisation.
• Performing a final QA pass: responsive layout checks, cart/checkout tests, and sample order placement before we point the domain to the new site.
