"I need a small stand-alone Java module that talks directly to the Chrome DevTools Protocol (CDP) and nothing else. The utility must read a list of URLs, spin up multiple Chrome instances in parallel (around 20-30 at a time), open each page, detect its main language, collect every hyperlink it finds, and write those links—plain text, one per line—into a single .txt file. No grouping or CSV/JSON structure is required.

The code has to be pure Java (11+), so please rely on libraries such as Chrome DevTools Protocol (CDP). Thread management should be clean: once a page is parsed, shut its browser instance down so the memory footprint stays under control during large runs.


Absolutely no Python or other languages—this must drop straight into my existing Java codebase.
