"I need a complete short-form video social platform, functionally and visually close to TikTok, delivered on an accelerated schedule. The most critical piece is smooth video creation and editing: in-app recording, trimming, soundtrack sync, basic filters, and fast rendering must feel native on both iOS and Android.

Around that core, the social layer has to be solid. Users should be able to tap to like, leave threaded comments, send direct messages, and follow or friend others so their feeds adapt in real time. Push notifications for new likes, comments, messages, and follows are mandatory.

Authentication can run through email, phone, or social logins; I’m open to Firebase Auth, AWS Cognito, or another secure alternative you prefer. For storage and streaming, feel free to propose the stack—S3 + CloudFront, Firebase Storage, or something comparable—so long as uploads encode quickly and playback is smooth on slower connections.

Deliverables
• Universal iOS & Android app built with React Native, Flutter, or native Swift/Kotlin—whichever gets us to market fastest without sacrificing performance.
• Admin dashboard (web) for content moderation, user reports, and basic analytics.
• Clean, well-commented source code in Git, plus deployment scripts/instructions for the stores and backend.
• Post-launch support window to fix any critical bugs that appear in the first weeks.
