"I’m setting up a lightweight, local-only logistics service for small parcels and now need an Android application that serves both sides of the marketplace—people sending items and the couriers who will deliver them.

Core objectives
• Single Android code-base (Kotlin or Flutter is fine)
• Dual-role experience: a customer flow to create a delivery request and a courier flow to see, accept, and update those requests
• Clean, minimal UI designed for drivers on the move and casual senders who may never have used a logistics platform before

What I expect from you
1. A working APK plus full, well-commented source code.
2. A short hand-off document outlining how to compile, deploy, and configure the back-end or third-party services you choose.
3. Room in the architecture for later add-ons such as real-time tracking, in-app payments, or ID verification, even if they are stubbed out for now.
