"We are building a B2B spare parts marketplace called SB JOINT and want to develop a WhatsApp chatbot that can automatically message our existing list of vendors (contacts in CSV or Google Sheet) and gather their interest in joining us and their details on our platform.

The chatbot should:

Import Contact Data:

Read from an uploaded CSV or Google Sheet (Name, Company, Phone, City, Category).

Automatically format phone numbers for WhatsApp (with +91 country code).

Send Automated Messages:

Use Meta WhatsApp Cloud API or Gupshup/Twilio API.

Send pre-approved WhatsApp template messages (in English and Hindi).

Message vendors with our offer to join SB JOINT(e.g. “Are you interested to sell with us?”).

Interactive Response Flow:

If vendor replies YES, ask follow-up questions (categories, location, email).

If NO, thank them and tag as “Not Interested.”

If MORE INFO, send details about our platform and link to signup form.

If STOP, mark them as unsubscribed.

Dashboard or Database:

Store all responses in a simple database (Google Sheet, or internal DB).

Show message delivery, reply, and conversion rate statistics.

Export report of “Interested Vendors” with their details.

The admins should be able to change the questions and flow in the future in an easy way


Optional: Add a lightweight admin UI for uploading CSV and monitoring messages.

Goal:

Automate the initial vendor outreach and onboarding process for SB JOINT by using WhatsApp — the most common communication channel for our target audience (auto parts vendors, distributors, and manufacturers).

Deliverables:
