"I need a fast-loading, fully custom website (no Wix or WordPress) that lets visitors browse, filter and post properties for rent or sale. The core of the job is to build a clean codebase—React, Vue, Next, Laravel, Django or another modern stack is fine—as long as it remains lightweight and easy to scale.

Key requirements
• User accounts must support both email/password and social logins (Google, Facebook).
• Property pages show size, type, price, availability, photos and descriptions, with room to grow for any extra fields we decide to add later.
• A map view (Google Maps, Mapbox, Leaflet—your pick) pins each listing and syncs with the main search results.
• Search filters include location & price range, number of bedrooms/bathrooms and a flag for commercial listings. Filters must feel instant and never hang.
• An “Add Property” flow where owners or agents can upload details, drag-drop photos and publish the listing in one step.
• Mobile-first UI, clear information architecture, and page-load times well under two seconds on average.
• Admin panel for moderating listings and managing users.

Deliverables
1. Source code in a private Git repo
