"I handle all incoming orders over email or phone, verify every detail, push them to production, coordinate delivery, and keep the customer file up to date. Up to now I have relied on Bravo, but I’m ready to replace that workflow with a brand-new, stand-alone system built from scratch.

The platform must let me capture an order the moment it arrives, check each field for accuracy, and keep a live conversation thread with the customer by email or phone right inside the app. A flexible customer database—easy to update and share with Sales—is equally essential. Once an order is confirmed, the system should alert production and logistics so that shipments stay on schedule, while feeding status updates back to the customer automatically.
