"A fresh Laravel 9.x application must be installed and fully operational on my CyberPanel VPS, reachable at msidnet.com. The job starts with spinning up a clean Laravel project, wiring it to the MySQL database, and completing all core environment work—editing the .env, adjusting file permissions, configuring caching, and placing the public folder, assets, and .htaccess so every route resolves without 500 errors, redirect loops, or permission headaches.

Because the site has to send email on day one, the mail driver should be set to SMTP and confirmed working. If later I decide to switch to Mailgun or SendGrid, the configuration should remain straightforward, but right now the focus is SMTP.

Once the site loads cleanly, I’ll need a concise, step-by-step note (a couple of paragraphs is fine) that explains how to deploy future updates, run cache commands, and carry out routine maintenance on CyberPanel or any standard Linux host.
