"I’m putting together a complete VPN service and need two tightly-integrated pieces built from scratch:

• Android client – Kotlin or Java, with stable OpenVPN or WireGuard integration. The app must let the user browse and pick servers, auto-connect when the device boots or the network changes, and instantly cut traffic with a kill switch if the tunnel drops. Clean UI, minimal permissions, and Play-Store-ready signing assets are required.

• Web-based CMS – a responsive dashboard where I can create, suspend, or delete users, add or retire VPN nodes, and monitor live bandwidth, session counts, and geographic distribution. A REST/GraphQL API should power both the dashboard and the mobile app so future platforms can plug in easily. Dockerised deployment (or a similarly straightforward setup) will make it simple to spin up on a fresh VPS.

Please package the full source, reproducible build instructions, and a short hand-off document that shows me how to add new servers and pull usage reports.
