"I run an events company and want to replace our front-desk phone with a fully whitelabelled AI Voice Agent. The agent must:

• Pick up every incoming call and hold a natural, human-sounding conversation.
• Handle three call types: general inquiries, reservation booking, and event scheduling.
• Instantly answer key FAQs—business hours and location, pricing and real-time availability, and details on our event services and packages.
• Push all caller data, transcripts, and booking details to our existing CRM. I’m flexible on the exact platform, so build with clean, well-documented hooks that can connect to Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or a comparable REST-based system.
• Be delivered as a white-label solution so I can brand it and later deploy additional instances without major code rewrites.

Scope of work
1. Conversation design: craft hospitality-appropriate intents, fallback flows, and escalation logic.
2. Voice tech stack: select and configure speech-to-text, NLU/NLP, and text-to-speech layers (e.g., Twilio Voice, Dialogflow CX, Amazon Connect, or your proven stack).
3. Call routing: integrate with our existing phone number or SIP trunk, including after-hours handling and voicemail handoff.
4. CRM connector: bi-directional sync for contacts, notes, reservations, and follow-up tasks.
5. Admin dashboard: basic UI to view call logs, update FAQ content, and tweak response templates.
6. Testing & handover: provide a staging line, collect user feedback, refine flows, then deliver source code, API keys list, and deployment guide.

Ideal experience
• Prior work on voice assistants or IVR for hospitality or travel.
• Solid grasp of NLU training, SSML voice tuning, and call-quality optimisation.
• Ability to document everything clearly so my in-house tech team can support future rollouts.
