"I run [login to view URL] — a membership website selling online courses. I need an experienced web developer / front-end + performance specialist to modernize the site’s UI and optimize every aspect for the fastest possible loading and best user experience on both desktop and mobile.

Scope (high level):

Full site performance audit (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, GTmetrix or equivalent) and clear remediation plan.

Front-end/UI refresh: modern, clean, course-platform look (landing, course list, lesson pages, login, account area, download button placement).

Performance optimizations: image optimization, lazy loading, script bundling/minification, critical CSS, asset caching, HTTP/2 or HTTP/3 suggestions, remove render-blocking resources.

Back-end / hosting recommendations & configuration: caching (page/server), CDN setup, HTTP headers, DB queries if needed.

Fix UX issues for membership flows (login, signup, checkout, download button behavior) and ensure logical placement/visibility of key buttons (Download, Login/Logout, My Courses).

Accessibility and mobile responsiveness checks and fixes.

Basic QA & testing (desktop and mobile), before/after performance report and improvement metrics.

Deliverables:

Performance audit report with prioritized fixes and estimated hours/costs.

Updated UI mockups or screenshots of main templates (home, course page, lesson page, account/login).

Implemented performance improvements on a staging site (or during scheduled maintenance).

Before / after performance screenshots and Lighthouse/Core Web Vitals report.

Short documentation with steps performed, server/CDN/config changes, and how to maintain improvements.

Optional: 30-day support window for small fixes after delivery.

Success criteria / acceptance tests (examples):

Significant improvement in page load metrics (example targets you can propose): LCP < 2.5s, FID/INP acceptable, CLS < 0.1 on mobile and desktop. (Contractor should propose realistic targets after audit.)

Site loads noticeably faster on mobile with 3G/4G emulation.

Download, login, and account flows work correctly; download button is visible & intuitive.

No visual regressions; pages remain responsive.
