"I need a single, fully-responsive homepage built to present my professional work portfolio. The page should feel dynamic—smooth scrolling, subtle animations, and clean code that I can expand later. For this first iteration I only want a “Recent Projects” section displayed prominently; other areas such as About Me or Testimonials can stay out of view for now so the layout stays focused.

Please style everything with reusable variables so I can tweak colors, spacing, and typography after hand-off without digging through multiple files. Modular HTML, modern CSS (Flexbox/Grid, custom properties), and lightweight JavaScript are preferred; a React/Vue setup is fine too as long as it remains easy to adapt.

Deliverables
• Source files (HTML/CSS/JS or component framework)
