"I am building a video platform and I want to start with the core attraction—an anonymous, random 1-to-1 live cam, Casino Games, photo and videos publishing.

Phase 1 (this job):
• Deliver a working prototype that instantly pairs two online users in a video chat room.
• Let users choose or be auto-matched by the tags Gender and Mood. For mood, begin with the “Happy” option; the structure must allow me to add more moods later.
• Provide a lightweight admin panel where I can create, edit, and disable tags in real time and monitor active sessions.
• Stream video securely (WebRTC preferred), with no third-party ads, and include a simple “Download” button so participants can save their own recordings.
• Code should be clean, documented, and deployable on a standard VPS.

Coming features—filters, shorts generation, a points-based game section, withdrawals—will follow, so build the matching logic and panel with expansion in mind.
