"Static Site Migration (Adult Education / Queer-Inclusive)

Overview
I’m looking for a skilled front-end developer to take a completed Base44 website and convert it into a fully static site (HTML/CSS/JS only) for hosting on Cloudflare Pages.

The site is already fully designed and functional — including interactive quizzes and “knowledge check” unlocks for Sex Ed 101, 201, and 301. I have both a Base44 export (zip) and a link to the live site so you can review before quoting.

Project Goals

Deliver a self-contained static build — no Base44 SDK, no API dependencies, no remote script calls.

Preserve all existing interactive quiz logic and unlock flow exactly as it functions now.

The only edits to the existing site are as follows:
+ Right now the Knowledge check at the end of sex ed 101, 201, and 301 are all the same. They need to be different (I will provide the questions and answers)
+ There is one card "asking for consent" in sex ed 201 that needs to be removed.
+ The explicit videos are not currently embedded. I will provide you a list of video iframes and where they go.
+ The "take a breath, feel your feet on the ground" functionality is not working on the sex ed 201 page.
+ There is one or two banner images to change.

Implement automatic geoblocking for U.S. states that require government-ID age verification for adult sites (for example: Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Utah, Mississippi, Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, etc.).

Users visiting from those states should see a polite message stating that the site isn’t accessible due to state regulations.

Confirm that all scripts, styles, images, and assets are stored locally in the project folder — no external hosting or third-party script links except embedded YouTube and Pornhub iframes.

Ensure the final site performs well and loads cleanly on desktop and mobile.

Content Note

This is an adult-education project featuring explicit, queer-inclusive sex-education content.
Some pages include explicit video embeds from Pornhub alongside non-explicit YouTube educational videos.
Applicants must be comfortable working respectfully with LGBTQ+ and sexually explicit educational material.
The content is educational, consent-focused, and non-exploitative.


Technical Requirements

Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, and vanilla JS (no frameworks needed).

Experience migrating from a site builder to a standalone static build.

Comfortable editing and testing interactive elements (quizzes, localStorage unlock logic).

Familiar with geolocation or Cloudflare Workers for regional blocking.

Able to guarantee that no remote dependencies remain (everything local except embeds).


Deliverables

Final static build folder (ready to upload to Cloudflare Pages).

All source files and a short README with deployment instructions.

Site-wide 18+ age-verification overlay.

Geoblocking for required states (either via Cloudflare Worker or built-in script).

A short demo video or GIF showing the site functioning (age-gate, quiz unlocks, geoblock).

One-week post-delivery support for bug fixes.
