"400$ - I need a dedicated Flutter admin app that lets me stay on top of every WooCommerce order from my phone. The scope is strictly order management—no product or customer modules for now—so the build can stay lightweight and fast.

Core actions I must have
• Load the full order list and open any order to see line-items, totals, customer notes and shipping details.
• Change the order status (e.g., pending → processing → completed or cancelled) and have that update immediately through the WooCommerce REST API.
• Trigger and record full or partial refunds, with the transaction reflected in WooCommerce.

Real-time feedback is essential. I want push notifications when:
• a new order is received,
• an order status changes, and
• a refund is processed.

Preferred stack and flow
Flutter 3+, null-safe code, and clean architecture (Provider, Bloc or Riverpod—whatever you already use in production). Use the standard WooCommerce REST endpoints and Firebase Cloud Messaging for the alerts. I’ll provide API keys and a staging store for testing.

Deliverables
1. Full Flutter source code, clearly commented.
2. Build instructions and one signed release APK (or TestFlight build if you develop on macOS).
3. A short README covering environment variables and how to set up FCM keys.

Acceptance criteria
• Orders load in under two seconds on a decent connection.
• Status updates and refunds show in the WooCommerce dashboard without manual refresh.
• Push notifications arrive even when the app is closed.

You must have shipped at least one Flutter WooCommerce admin or storefront app before; share a link or APK so I can see it in action. Once I verify the demo, we can start immediately." (client-provided description)
