"I run a small café and need a straightforward website that customers and staff can use to place orders and generate bills right away. Think of it as a simplified digital menu with an integrated website-based ordering system—not a full-blown e-commerce store, just the essentials to move our current paper process online.

Core needs
• A clean, mobile-friendly menu page where items, prices, and basic modifiers can be selected.
• Order summary that calculates totals, taxes, and a “Pay” button that triggers a printable or downloadable bill.
• Lightweight admin panel (password-protected) so I can add or edit menu items and prices myself.
• Basic order log stored in a database (MySQL or similar) for end-of-day reporting.

Technical notes
HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and a simple PHP/MySQL back end are fine, but I’m open to another lightweight stack if you can set it up quickly and keep future edits easy. No third-party payment gateway is needed right now—cash or in-store POS will handle payment once the bill prints.

Timeline
I’d like the first working draft hosted on my server ASAP, with a quick round of tweaks after I test it behind the counter.

Deliverable
