"I want to launch a full-featured grocery delivery app that mirrors the smooth, fast shopping experience of Blinkit, but tailored to my own product catalog and branding. The solution has to ship on both iOS and Android from day one, ideally through a single codebase (Flutter, React Native or comparable technology is fine as long as performance is solid).

Core shopping flow
• Robust product search with filtering by category, brand, price and offers
• Seamless cart, secure checkout and multiple payment gateways
• Real-time order tracking—from confirmation to doorstep delivery

Admin control
An intuitive web-based panel must let me add or edit products, set pricing and stock, manage promotions, and view orders in real time. Simple CSV import/export and basic analytics would be a plus.

Deliverables
1. Source code for iOS & Android apps, ready for App Store and Play Store submission
2. Web admin panel with login, role permissions and documentation
3. Installation guide plus one round of post-launch bug fixes
4. Clear, developer-level documentation of APIs and database schema
