"# GHL & N8N Developer - Must Explain Your Work (Flexible Hours)

## The Opportunity
$10/hour | Flexible hours (5-40 hrs/week) | Long-term partnership with LOTS of work

I need a **hungry, self-driven developer** who can build complex GoHighLevel workflows with N8N integrations and work independently to get things done.

## What You'll Be Working On

**Primary Focus:**
Building and testing advanced GHL workflows
Creating N8N integrations that connect seamlessly with GHL
Lead generation and database reactivation systems (USA consumer market)
Troubleshooting and optimizing automation systems

**Additional Projects Available:**
Light-weight CRM buildouts
Website development
Various automation and integration projects

**There is A LOT of work to be completed.** If you're hungry and want consistent income, this is the opportunity.

## Work Schedule - IMPORTANT
**Hours are FLEXIBLE week-to-week:**
- Some weeks: 5 hours
- Other weeks: 40 hours
- Average: 15-25 hours/week

**You must be comfortable with this variability.** Projects come in waves, and I need someone who can scale up when we're busy and scale down when we're not.

## Perfect Candidate Is:
- **Self-starter** - can take a task and run with it independently
- **Strong GHL experience** - you know the platform inside and out
- **N8N expertise** - comfortable building complex automation
- **Hungry** - wants to grow with a client and take on more responsibility
- **Flexible** - comfortable with variable weekly hours
- **Good communicator** - can explain technical decisions in plain English
- **Problem-solver** - figures things out without constant hand-holding

**Nice to Have:** Experience with lead generation or database reactivation campaigns in USA consumer markets

## What Makes This Role Different
While I want you to work **independently** on most tasks, I also want to learn from you. Occasionally, I'll ask questions like:
- "Why did you connect it this way?"
- "What's the logic behind this step?"
- "Could we approach this differently?"

You should be comfortable explaining your work when asked, but most of the time you'll be heads-down building.

## REQUIRED: Video Application

1. **A GHL workflow you built** that integrates with N8N
2. **Screen recording** of the actual workflow and N8N setup
3. **Your explanation** of:
- What the workflow does (the business problem it solves)
- Why you built it this way

- Any key decisions you made and why
