"Project Overview:

I need a developer to set up a clean, working MVP version of a React + TypeScript + TailwindCSS app built with Vite.
This is not a full production version — I just want the core structure working properly, so I can later add my own features.

What I Need:

Create a new Vite project using React + TypeScript.

Properly install and configure TailwindCSS, PostCSS, and Autoprefixer (no config errors).

Set up folder structure (components, pages, assets, hooks, etc.).

Ensure Tailwind is working with a sample UI (like a simple homepage with a button styled using Tailwind).

Fix any issues with npx tailwindcss init -p or VSCode warnings (@tailwind unknownAtRule).

Add a clean layout file (header + content area + footer).

Make sure npm run dev runs without errors and opens on localhost.

Deliverables:

Working React + TypeScript + Tailwind project (with [login to view URL] setup correctly).

A zip file or GitHub repo link containing the full working project.

Short note on how to run it locally.
