"I’m looking for a developer who can take me from concept to launch on a new sweepstakes website where visitors register once with an email-and-password account and then enter multiple prize draws with just a click.

Core needs
• Secure email/password authentication with verification and password-reset flows.
• Easy-to-navigate public pages showcasing active draws for cash and physical-goods prizes, each with its own countdown, entry button, and rules section.
• A lightweight user dashboard showing entries, wins, and shipping status for physical rewards.
• An admin area where I can create, schedule, and close giveaways, upload images, set entry limits, and export participant lists.
• Clean, responsive design that works smoothly on mobile and desktop.
• GDPR-compliant data handling and a basic terms/privacy page.

Scope & workflow
With a mid-range budget and no fixed deadline, I’m happy to follow a phased approach: initial wireframes, functional prototype, refinements, then final deployment to my hosting. I’m flexible on the tech stack—Laravel, Django, Node, or a similar modern framework are all fine as long as security and scalability are covered. Stripe or PayPal integration for future paid entries can be planned in but does not have to be activated yet.
