About Samvida Law Associates
Samvida Law Associates is a Patna-based law firm that publishes simplified bilingual (Hindi + English) legal articles based on Indian court judgments. We currently produce ~300 articles/month manually and seek to automate the process with a secure dashboard and organised data management.
Project Objective
Build a multi-user internal web application that:
1. Automates bilingual article generation from court-judgment PDFs via an LLM API (DeepSeek / OpenAI).
2. Allows users to upload or link PDFs and track their own work.
3. Stores all PDFs & generated markdowns systematically in Samvida’s database.
4. Lets reviewers edit & approve drafts before WordPress upload.
5. Publishes approved drafts (with SEO metadata & featured image) as WordPress draft posts.
Core Workflow
• - User & Role System: Secure login, Admin and Contributor/Reviewer roles, dashboards and audit logs.
• - Input & Storage: Upload or link PDFs, auto-download, parse, and store with metadata and backups.
• - Processing Stage: Extract text, send to LLM API, generate English + Hindi article, SEO metadata, and image prompt.
• - Review & Approval Stage: Reviewer edits, approves drafts, system pushes to WordPress as draft.
• - WordPress Integration: REST API posting, bilingual content, SEO fields, categories, tags, featured image.
• - Admin Analytics: Basic stats on processed articles, success/failure count, top contributors, logs exportable.

• - Output Quality: Proper bilingual + SEO fields
• - Storage: All files retrievable by admin
• - Workflow: Upload → Review → WP draft end-to-end
• - Logs & Analytics: Visible in dashboard
• - Performance: ≥ 10 PDFs / hour on 1 GB VPS
Budget & Incentives
₹ 35 000 – ₹ 50 000 (fixed, one-time)
Milestones:
• 30 % – Login + Upload + Storage ready
• 40 % – LLM processing + draft generation
• 30 % – Review dashboard + WP integration + final testing
Incentive: If the project meets benchmarks and is delivered on schedule, future paid work (UI/UX revamp, AI chatbot integration, feature expansion) will be offered to the same developer.
Warranty & Maintenance
30-day post-delivery warranty for bug fixes or functional issues at no extra cost. Developer must respond to reported bugs within 48 hours during this period.
Security & Confidentiality
All API keys and credentials stored in .env; none hard-coded. Developer to delete all data after handover. Project details confidential; no re-use or disclosure without written consent. Non-compete: developer will not reuse this automation system for other legal professionals.
Communication & Application
Weekly progress update (email / WhatsApp). Code shared via GitHub / Bitbucket. Live demo at each milestone.
