Project Description:
We are a global AI SaaS company planning to launch the Europe Tour — a series of partner-hosted brand events across Norway, Germany, France, and Portugal in mid to late November 2025.

The campaign aims to strengthen our presence in the European market through offline engagement and online amplification, showcasing real enterprise use cases and reinforcing our brand’s commitment to the region.

We’re looking for an experienced agency or freelancer with strong expertise in offline event design, creative strategy, and visual identity development, to take the lead in:
- Developing the overarching creative concept and narrative direction for the “Europe Tour”;
- Ensuring a cohesive series identity with localized storytelling for each country;
- Designing or refining the event’s visual system (key visuals, color palette, typography, material design);
- Producing all on-site assets, such as presentation decks, stage backdrops, name badges, and posters — in collaboration with in-house design team;
- Assisting with local vendor coordination and ensuring timely, high-quality production;
- Providing creative input on experience design (layout, agenda, etc.);
- Producing digital and social assets for pre/post event content (LinkedIn, X posts, etc.);
- Suggesting strategies for PR, media amplification, and KOL / influencer engagement in key European markets;
- Delivering post-event performance review or visibility summary.

Timeline:
Preparation time is less than one month — we’re looking to start collaboration immediately.
