"I already have a fresh WordPress demo site online and an active IDX Broker reseller account; now I just need an expert who has done this exact pairing before to help me get the demo running.

Here is what I still need:

• Connect the site to my IDX Broker reseller feed, verify the API key, and make sure listings stay in sync automatically without manual imports.
• Embed live IDX/MLS listings on the pages I specify and keep them responsive.
• Re-skin every IDX element so the fonts, colors, and spacing follow the existing site’s CSS, giving the search widgets, results grids, and detail pages a seamless branded look.
• Tweak display options—layout, filters, and sorting—so visitors can easily refine results without leaving the WordPress theme’s design flow.
• Walk me through any must-have plugin settings or shortcodes so I can manage future pages on my own.
