"I am extending an existing DWS agent and now need a reliable screensharing component aimed specifically at technical-support scenarios. The module must run on Windows machines only; macOS or Linux compatibility is not in scope for this phase.

Core objectives
• Let an agent view and optionally control a user’s desktop in real time, with minimal latency and no complicated firewall changes.
• Handle common support hurdles—variable bandwidth, multiple monitors, UAC prompts—smoothly and securely.
• Expose a clean API or SDK hooks so I can trigger, stop, and monitor a session directly from the DWS agent UI.

Although the must-have is straightforward viewing/control, I am open to your recommendations on extras such as screen recording, file transfer, or in-session chat if they can be toggled on or off without bloating the build.

Acceptance will be based on:
1. A compiled Windows client (x64) and agent-side module that connect through our existing signaling service (WebSocket).
2. Source code in Git, documented and ready for CI integration.
3. A short README detailing installation, command-line flags, and any third-party libraries.
4. A live demo session proving stable streaming at 30fps on a 10 Mbps line.
