"I have a single-page website ready to go and I’d like it running on Google Cloud Platform. The page contains text, images, and one interactive element—a simple contact form that needs to send submissions to my email.

Here’s what I need:
• Spin up the most cost-effective GCP service (Cloud Run, App Engine, or Firebase Hosting—whichever keeps the bill tiny and fits static + form handling).
• Upload my existing HTML/CSS/JS files.
• Configure the contact form so every submission lands in my inbox; using reCAPTCHA or equivalent spam protection is a plus.
• Provide a quick, written hand-off: which GCP services you used, where the files live, and how I can update them later.
