"I have two separate website tasks and would like to work with one freelancer (or the same team) on both.

Project A – Refresh an existing site
• Goal: modernize the design while keeping a corporate and professional look.
• Key focus areas: homepage, navigation menu, and content pages.
• Deliverables: a lightweight HTML5/CSS3 template, mobile-responsive layout, and an initial performance pass (minified assets, compressed images).

Project B – Launch a brand-new site
