Scope
• Design and build up to five core pages: Home, Portfolio / Case Studies, Services, About, and Contact.
• Portfolio section must be easy for me to update with new projects and images.
• Services page should outline offerings, pricing tiers, and include a simple lead-capture form.
• Mobile-first responsiveness and fast load times are critical.
• Integrate a lightweight CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or comparable) so I can handle content updates without coding.
• Basic on-page SEO setup: meta titles, descriptions, alt text, and logical heading structure.
• Connect Google Analytics and set up a contact-form spam filter.

Look & Feel
Modern style: generous white space, subtle animations, and a muted color palette that lets the work speak for itself. I’ll provide logo files and copy; you’ll supply royalty-free imagery or iconography where needed.
