"I have just rolled out a new cloud-based Warehouse Management System and now need the data pipes connected so day-to-day operations flow without manual touchpoints. The scope is limited to two platforms—Shopify (our storefront) and Xero (our accounting hub):

• Shopify ←→ WMS
– Sync order details the moment a customer checks out, route them to the WMS for pick-pack-ship, then push real-time shipping updates back to Shopify.
– Keep inventory levels perfectly aligned in both directions to prevent overselling.

• Xero ←→ WMS
– Automatically create purchase orders in the WMS from Xero and push status updates back.
– Mirror inventory adjustments so stock on hand in Xero always reflects what the warehouse holds.

• Shopfy ←→ Hubspot
– Hubspot manages all leads. All leads are segmented into customers, sales qualified leads via integration with Shopify. Leads with sales in Shopify will be automatically segmented to customers, leads with approved trade account in Shopify will be segmented to Sales’s qualified leads. Sales figures ate sent to hubspot to management deals, conversation rate etc.

You’ll be free to work with native APIs, webhooks, middleware such as Zapier/Make, or custom scripts—whatever achieves reliable, secure, and near-real-time synchronisation. My only non-negotiables are:

1. Error handling with clear logging and alerting.
2. A sandbox/test cycle that proves orders, POs, and inventory all reconcile.
3. A concise hand-off document outlining endpoints, credentials stored, and how to add new fields if we later decide to involve HubSpot.
