"I need a basic yet fully working cross-platform mobile app built with Flutter for both iOS and Android. The core screens should demonstrate how to:

• call a Python back-end (you are free to use Flask or Django) connected to a PostgreSQL database
• process payments through a common Indian payment gateway
• display location data on an interactive map and request the user’s GPS position

Once the minimum viable product is stable, I also want you to:

• package and submit the iOS build to the Apple App Store and the Android build to Google Play
• configure and deploy the back-end plus PostgreSQL on my cloud server (SSH access will be provided)
• hand over clean, well-commented source code, a simple README, and the installation script or commands you used

Keep the interface simple and focus on showing that each feature works end to end. The final hand-off is complete when both stores have approved the app and the server is live." (client-provided description)
