"I need a simple, working link between my existing Laravel website and a Flutter Android app so users can swipe through the same photos they already see online.

Current setup
• Images are saved in the site’s database.
• Backend is Laravel.
• The Android app is being built in Flutter.

What I need you to do
1. Create a lightweight Laravel API endpoint that pulls the image paths or blobs from the database.
2. In my Flutter project, consume that endpoint and render the images in a smooth carousel/slideshow (e.g., using carousel_slider or a similar widget).
3. Make sure the images load efficiently over standard mobile connections and handle empty or missing records gracefully.

Hand-off deliverables
• Clean, commented Laravel controller/route code.
• Flutter Dart code (widget and service class) showing how the data is fetched, cached if practical, and displayed in the carousel.
• A brief README so I can reproduce the steps on my own build.
