"I’m overseeing a casual game that runs on a Go backend with Node.js handling real-time play for both web and mobile. A few usability issues have cropped up and I’d like a developer who knows their way around Go, Node, and a typical HTML5/JavaScript front end to tidy things up.

The immediate tasks are:

* Finish installing 2 sets of games.
* Investigate the code to document how games can be configured.

• Remove intrusive pop-up screens that currently appear at specific levels. Once your code change is deployed the game flow at those levels should be seamless with no residual blank overlays or console errors.
• Track down existing graphic assets in the project bundle; my graphic designer will supply the new artwork, so I only need you to swap the files and point any hard-coded paths or caching layers to the new versions.
• Replace the interim loading page so players jump straight into the game after assets preload; if a spinner or progress bar is still required it should remain lightweight and branded.
• Investigate whether the web build can be flipped from its current portrait layout to landscape without breaking mobile play. I understand some canvases may need resizing or CSS media queries adjusted—please outline what’s feasible and any trade-offs you see.



Acceptance criteria
1. No pop-ups appear at the previously affected levels; QA test passes on both platforms.
2. Updated graphics display correctly in all resolutions and bundles build without warnings.
3. Loading transition meets the new flow spec and average time to first interaction is unchanged or faster.
4. Orientation feasibility report delivered, and (if pursued) a working landscape prototype functions in at least one common desktop browser.
