Project Description:
We are hiring an experienced Flutter + Firebase developer or team to build and deploy a bilingual (English/Arabic) chat and language learning app called Fluent Friends.

The platform must support real-time chatrooms, subscriptions via Paddle, categorized English lessons (text and image-based), private messaging, and 1-on-1 voice/video sessions with tutors. The app must fully support both LTR and RTL interfaces with language toggling between English and Arabic.

You may suggest a customizable Flutter UI template that meets our specs to reduce development time and cost. We only accept Paddle as the payment processor.

Required Features:
1. User Registration and Profiles
Email/password and social login (Google, Facebook, Apple)

User profile with name, country, interface language (AR/EN), English level (Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced)

RTL support for Arabic, toggle between languages

2. Subscription System (via Paddle)
Required for full access

Plans: $10/month, $99/year

Unlocks full lesson access, VIP chatrooms, private messages, and voice/video calls

3. Chat System
Public chatroom (open to all)

Country-based chatrooms (VIPs can post, others view-only)

Private 1-on-1 messaging (text, image, video)

Read receipts, typing indicator

Block/report users

Admin moderation and full access to messages (including deleted)

4. Voice and Video Calls
1-on-1 calls for practice and tutoring
