"I’m building a web-based Omaha poker platform and need a full development run—from detailed technical plan to a playable, real-time prototype. The core of the job is the multiplayer engine: players must be able to join a lobby, take seats at virtual tables, and play Omaha hands simultaneously with zero lag.

Key requirements
• Real-time multiplayer gameplay (WebSockets or similar)
• Accurate Omaha hand evaluation and pot-splitting logic
• Responsive interface that works smoothly on desktop and mobile
• Basic chip management, blinds, and hand history for each table
• Admin panel or scripts so I can create, start, and monitor tables during testing

Tech stack is open, but I’m leaning toward a modern combo such as React/[login to view URL] on the front-end and Node.js, Elixir, or Go on the back-end—use whatever you’re most comfortable scaling. Clean, well-commented code and a concise setup guide are part of the deliverable so I can spin the site up on my own server for further iteration.
