You’ll be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching our services, and closing deals. We take care of delivery, staffing, and operations — you focus purely on business acquisition.

Commission Structure:

You earn 7–10% commission on every closed deal.

Example: If a client requires a 10-member team at $80–90/hr per developer, that’s $800–900/hr total billing.

Your commission = $80–90 per hour — paid for the entire project duration, as long as the client engagement continues.

The bigger the deal, the higher your recurring income.
