"I’m looking for a front-end specialist to craft a modern, sleek interface for a restaurant website. The focus is on the Menu page, built with clean, standards-compliant HTML and CSS.

Scope
• Produce a fully responsive Menu page that loads fast on both mobile and desktop.
• Follow a modern, minimalist aesthetic—crisp typography, generous white space, subtle animation welcome.
• Hand-code the HTML5 structure and modular, well-commented CSS (Flexbox or Grid preferred).
• Include a clear section hierarchy for food categories, pricing, and chef’s highlights.
• Supply a style guide so future pages (Home, Contact, etc.) can slot into the same look and feel.
• Deliver layered visual mockups (Figma, XD, or Sketch) before coding so I can approve the layout.

Acceptance
The final hand-off should contain:
1. Source files for mockups.
2. All HTML/CSS files plus any asset folders.
3. A brief readme outlining file structure and build instructions.
