We are looking for a freelance developer/team to build a real-time hospital queue and appointment management system with mobile and web apps.

Main Modules:
1️⃣ Patient App (Android/iOS/Web) – Book doctors, get live token updates, pay online, and view queue status.
2️⃣ Hospital Admin Panel – Manage appointments, call next tokens, and show live display on TV/tab.
3️⃣ Company Backend (Control Panel) – Manage hospitals, users, payments, ads, and WhatsApp support.

Live Sync Requirement:
All 5 connected devices (patient mobile, hospital PC with printer, token-calling tablet, walk-in booking tab, and TV display) must sync in real time.
