Scope
• Lightweight “brochure” style layout no e-commerce, no complex back-end.
• Modern, responsive design that looks sharp on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
• Clear sections for About, Services, and Contact.
• Basic on-page SEO setup (meta titles, descriptions, and image alt tags).
• Handoff of source files plus instructions for minor text edits.

Tech stack is flexible WordPress, or any framwork , build are all fine as long as the final site is fast and easy for me to update.
