"I need a fresh, expert set of eyes on my C project. The code compiles and runs, but I’m not confident the overall architecture will scale as new features arrive. Your task is to perform a deep-dive review—remotely—focusing on three things in particular: readability, sound use of data structures, and clean modular design.

You’ll get access to the full repository (GCC tool-chain, C11 standard) along with a short guide to the project’s purpose. I’d like you to:

• walk through the directory layout, header usage, and public-private boundaries
• call out any data structure choices that could be simplified or made more efficient
• suggest naming, commenting, or formatting tweaks that boost clarity

Deliverables I can act on are important, so please return:
• an annotated pull request (or diff) showing in-place comments and improvements
• a concise report summarising key architectural issues, why they matter, and concrete next steps

Static-analysis tools such as clang-tidy or cppcheck are welcome if they help justify suggestions, but the real value is your experienced judgment.
