"I need a polished, conversion-focused website that presents my cleaning and maintenance company as the obvious choice for new clients. The two core services to feature are commercial cleaning and general maintenance; everything on the site—from copy to images—should point visitors toward booking us.

Key elements I expect:
• A modern, responsive design that loads quickly on mobile and desktop
• An online booking system where prospects can choose a service, pick a date, and receive confirmation instantly
• Clear, benefit-driven pages for commercial cleaning and maintenance, plus space for testimonials, certifications and contact details
• Local-SEO structure, Google Analytics and a Facebook Pixel in place so I’m ready to run ads the moment we launch

Alongside the site, create a branded Facebook business page that mirrors the website look and is pre-loaded with service descriptions, imagery, call-to-action buttons and the first few posts. Please make sure the page is correctly set up in Business Manager so I can start advertising straight away.

For hand-off, I want admin access to both the CMS (WordPress or a similarly user-friendly platform is fine) and the Facebook page, a quick video or written guide on updating content, and confirmation that all tracking codes fire correctly.
