"I’m rolling out Odoo ERP across my company and need a developer who already knows their way around the platform. The immediate focus is on modifying existing modules so they work exactly the way my team needs them to. Most of the tweaks will be light-weight changes—small logic adjustments, extra fields, or layout improvements—rather than building whole new apps.

Alongside those tweaks, I’ll count on you for basic issue fixing whenever something breaks during day-to-day use. Clear, concise commit messages and quick turnarounds are a must so we can keep operations running smoothly.

Typical tasks you might pick up:
• Adjusting an existing model or view (likely within Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing or Accounting).
• Editing Python business logic and the corresponding XML/QWeb views.
• Tracing and resolving straightforward errors that pop up after an update or configuration change.

I’ll provide access to our test database, the current custom modules, and a short list of priority changes. You’ll commit changes to a Git repo, and I’ll test them in staging before we go live.
