"I need a WordPress-based website that showcases Dubai properties in an elegant, high-end look. The core goal is to let me, as the sole Admin, publish and manage information on builders, their projects, and individual property types such as apartments, villas, and beach houses.

Scope
• Build the site on the latest stable WordPress version, using a lightweight theme or builder that can be styled for a luxury and elegant feel.
• Create custom post types (or configure a proven real-estate plugin) for Builders, Projects, and Properties so I can add new entries from the dashboard without code.
• For each property, display images, floor plans, pricing, an enquiry form, plus a section for amenities and neighborhood information.
• Set up intuitive navigation: search or filter by location, project name, or property type.
• Include a polished home page, a builder directory page, project overview pages, and detailed property pages.
• Integrate a simple enquiry form that emails all leads to my chosen address.
• Deliver the finished site with responsive styling, basic on-page SEO settings, and a short hand-off guide showing how to add listings and update content.
