"I am launching a new nationwide remote IT support company called BulldogRemote. I need a freelancer to design and build a professional, SEO-optimized website that integrates with Zoho products for remote support, ticketing, and billing.

Core Requirements:

Website Design

Clean, professional, trustworthy look (appeals to businesses and elderly residential users).

Front page must feature a simple box where a customer can “Enter a Support Code” to start remote support.

Service explanation pages + pricing tiers.

FAQ + Knowledge base.

Zoho Integrations

Zoho Assist → Customers enter a code on my site → it automatically launches/downloads the client for remote session.

Zoho Desk → Ticketing system integrated into the site so customers can request support, get updates, and view ticket status.

Zoho Books/Checkout → Payment gateway integration. Residential customers prepay, business clients can be invoiced.

Functionality

Automatic notifications to me (and future agents) when a new ticket is submitted.

Ability to assign tickets to Tier 1 agents or escalate to me (admin).

Secure portal for customers to log in, view ticket history, and invoices.
