"I have a mobile app that must let users upload pre-recorded videos, run them through an automated encoding pipeline, store the renditions reliably, and stream the final files inside our iOS and Android apps with smooth, adaptive playback.

What I need from you is the end-to-end workflow: secure upload from the app (direct or via a backend), transcoding into adaptive HLS/DASH profiles, cost-efficient persistent storage, and a player configuration that hands off flawlessly to both native platforms. TLS, basic DRM/token protection and clear, well-commented code are part of the brief so the in-house team can maintain things after launch.

Deliverables
• Architecture diagram with chosen services or open-source stack
• Infrastructure scripts / configs (FFmpeg, MediaConvert, or comparable) that create the transcoding ladder automatically
• Storage and CDN setup ready for production
• Sample mobile integration code (Swift / Kotlin) that requests, authenticates and plays the stream without buffering
• Read-me covering deployment, scaling and troubleshooting steps
