"I have an existing commercial property layout that I need converted into a precise, clean line drawing.

The finished file should feature:

• Building footprints clearly outlined and labeled

• Defined parking areas with simple striping or hatching, also labeled

• Key landscaping features (trees, planting beds, green buffers) indicated and named


I’m aiming for moderate detail—nothing overly technical, but crisp enough for presentations and permit conversations. Labels for the three areas above are essential; measurements are not required at this stage.

A vector-based format such as DWG, DXF, or AI/SVG plus a PDF export will work best so I can scale or edit later. If you prefer AutoCAD, Revit, or Illustrator, just let me know; I’m flexible on the platform as long as the lines are clean and layers stay organized.
