"I’m building a small collection of ladies’ casual tops and need a fashion designer who can translate relaxed, everyday style into clean, production-ready concepts. All pieces will be cut in polyester, so please consider how the fabric drapes, takes color, and handles prints when you sketch.

What I’m after is fresh yet wearable silhouettes—something a customer can pair with jeans or shorts and feel effortlessly put-together. I already have mood boards for color and overall vibe; your job is to turn that vision into concrete designs and the documentation a factory expects.

Deliverables
• 3–5 original top concepts, front and back flat sketches in AI or comparable format
• Fabric and trim call-outs specifically suited to polyester
• A concise tech pack for each approved design, covering key measurements and basic construction notes
