"Developer Needed to Build "Opulence Live" — AI-Driven Real Estate & Mortgage Platform (NextCloud Integration)

Description:
We’re looking for an experienced developer (or small development team) to build and possibly maintain Opulence Live, a proprietary communication and lead-management platform for a real estate and mortgage company.

About Opulence Live:
Opulence Live will serve as the central hub for our sales and management team — integrating NextCloud Talk, AI-driven conversation management (Kendall), and real-time dashboards for lead activity, performance tracking, and compliance monitoring.

The system will allow salespeople to:

Monitor AI-client conversations and take over live when needed

Claim leads using a red/green availability system

Receive AI-driven coaching insights

Access real-time dashboards showing response times, conversions, and performance

Enable managers to view analytics, override lead assignments, and receive AI escalation alerts

We already have a working NextCloud environment and AI chat logic (Kendall) ready for integration. Your role is to connect these elements into a smooth, user-friendly application that works across web, iOS, and Android (either natively or via web-wrapper).

What We’re Looking For:
We’re open-minded about tech stack — you tell us what you’d use and why. The ideal developer should be able to:

Design and build a clean, responsive interface

Integrate NextCloud Talk and its APIs for chat management

Connect AI logic (already scripted) for lead interaction and performance monitoring

Develop a manager dashboard with live analytics and reports

Handle login permissions and user-group access

Optionally wrap the web app into iOS/Android builds

Deliverables:

Fully functional Opulence Live MVP

Dashboard for users and managers

Working integration with NextCloud Talk and Kendall AI logic

Mobile compatibility

Clear documentation and maintenance plan

Ideal Background:

Strong experience with NextCloud APIs, React, Node.js, or similar frameworks

Previous experience with AI chat integration or CRM-type apps

Ability to deliver production-ready code with clear documentation

Fluent English and good communication skills
